Primary Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce and enhance performance
- Identify need for and make referral to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the patient
- Instruct, educate and train patients and caregivers in the skills and functions essential for promoting patient independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, provisional licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
- PA State Physical Therapist License
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a short-term and/or Long-term rehab
- Solid knowledge of healthcare industry and related guidelines
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms-Display a sense of curiosity, enthusiasm and eagerness to understand business constraints, environment and impact on regulation for the healthcare industry.
- Excellent organization, analytical and time management skills
- Experience in strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
