Job Description

Assist/support quality initiatives by ensuring the product meets MiTek's requirements at each stage of its manufacturing process, conducting relevant inspections and testing; and where necessary, communicate and take corrective action to rectify non-conformance issues. Report quality issues data within the Integrated Management System and develop methods for improving product quality.

Bench/Laboratory Experience (1-3 years)

Experience following test methods

Experience operation/maintaining instrumentation

Able to adapt to and understand new test methods

Preferred Qualifications

3 years bench experience

2 year tech certificate (not required)

Some R&D experience

Soft Skills

Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to read blueprints. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions offered in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
