Job Description Assist/support quality initiatives by ensuring the product meets MiTek's requirements at each stage of its manufacturing process, conducting relevant inspections and testing; and where necessary, communicate and take corrective action to rectify non-conformance issues. Report quality issues data within the Integrated Management System and develop methods for improving product quality. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions offered in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
