Job DescriptionAs a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping our organization’s success by providing sound HR guidance and support across various functions. You’ll collaborate closely with managers, employees, and cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. This is a hybrid role at our corporate headquarters in Chesterfield, MO.
Job Responsibilities & RequirementsHR Strategy and Initiatives:
  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support workforce planning efforts, ensuring optimal staffing levels and talent pipelines.
  • Champion initiatives related to Talent Management, Total Rewards, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement.
Operational HR Support and Project Management:
  • Support day-to-day needs of multiple business areas as it relates to HR processes and practices.
  • Assist with HR projects aimed at enhancing employee experience, organizational performance, and culture.
  • Coordinate with center of excellence teams to design and implement effective HR programs.
Data Insights and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze HR data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, headcount, etc.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance HR programs.
Employee Relations:
  • Handle employee relations matters, applying an understanding of policies and regulations
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management, talent development, and conflict resolution.
Talent Acquisition:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field OR Equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to perform essential job functions.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of strategic human resources-related experience.
  • Experience working within HR management systems required, Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional certification from HRCI or SHRM is preferred.
