Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Own assigned projects on automation products serving both internal customers and external vendors while providing schedule updates and communicating ongoing status updates and change order details, as appropriate.
• Provide direction on the design and production personnel to ensure manufacturing specifications are adhered to, execution budgets are maintained, and shipments meet our promised commitment dates to our customers.
• Direct project hardware/material purchases working with our procurement team to improve deliveries and better leverage project spend.
• Lead weekly project performance reviews with the operations team for your project(s) and identify risks/challenges to insure accurate resource forecasting, successful completion, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead front line technical support for manufacturing personnel assigned to your projects and escalate to engineering personnel.
• Write capital equipment request (CER) proposal efforts as required to ensure sufficient operations budgets are included in all offers.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with other teammates across our operations to drive optimal organizational processes.

• Bachelors Related Field required
• 5 Years of related process improvement, machine/automation and/or manufacturing experience required
• Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
