About the Job
Mitigation Investment Holdings (MIH) has an immediate opening for a Sales Manager to join our team in our Midwest/Upper Plains Region. We have some exciting projects in the pipeline, with more on the horizon! You will identify and help the MIH team source land for new projects. Our Sales Manager will develop positive relationships with landowners, regulatory agencies, consultants, and key stakeholders to sell environmental mitigation credits. This position must demonstrate strong sales, organizational, and financial acumen, independent problem-solving, and practical communication skills.

LOCATION and TRAVEL: The preferred work location for this role is in Columbia, IL; however, remote locations will be considered. Sales territory is IL, IN, MO, IA, WI, MN, the Dakotas, and Montana. Travel is involved.
