This position is to provide for overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing site, ensuring that the production meets the safety, environmental, quality and productivity standards. The plant manager is also responsible for continuous improvement initiatives, capital projects, and coordinates with other MCCFC sites, and stakeholders including MCA and Global leadership and functions.
