Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial leadership role, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP compliance, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
