Outside Sales Representatives for the Cannabis / Smoke Shop / Head Shop industry in the United States.

Your efforts will be focused on new customers to generate an increase in revenue and market share.

An understanding of the cannabis industry and the competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, as well as the ability to develop relationships and provide excellent customer support to accounts, is essential for success in this role. Sales Reps who have prior contacts in the industry will have the most success in this position.

This is currently a generous salary position with commissions! There is immense earning and growth potential for the right candidates that are motivated, disciplined, and passionate about cannabis!

Details:

• Connect with existing customers and new leads via Phone/Email to close Sales
• A workbook of existing customers will be provided
• Build Book of Business by Focusing on the Generation of New Accounts
• Cold Calling, Warm Calling, On-Going Account Management
• Report All Sales in Sales Ledger
• Industry Support Will Be Provided
• Commissions Paid Out Bi-Weekly

Qualifications:

• 21
• Great Written & Verbal Communication Skills
• Type Speed 55 WPM Preferred
• Excellent Opportunity for Motivated Self Starters!
• Shopify Experience Preferred
• Experience or Passion for the Cannabis Industry Preferred
• Experience or Passion in the Smoke Shop/Tobacco Industry Preferred
• Cursory Understanding of Ancillary Cannabis Products Preferred
• Ability to Work independently and Stay on Task
• Ability to Learn Computer Systems/Software Quickly
• B2B Sales Experience 4 Years Preferred
• Great Demeanor and Attitude!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
