MJB Enterprise Holdings LLC is Hiring an Experienced Call Center Rep (Weekly Pay Near Orlando, FL

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Experienced Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with information about various state benefit programs and motivating them to enroll. With a comprehensive training program and ongoing support, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about state benefit programs.
  • Explain the benefits and eligibility requirements to potential customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Build rapport with customers, actively listening to their needs and concerns, and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Identify sales opportunities and effectively overcome objections to successfully close sales.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company's CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize customer experience and promote customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships over the phone.
  • Strong persuasive skills with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other basic computer applications.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
We cannot accommodate other schedules or exceptions.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $75,000 per year (Starting: $850 - $1,500 /week)
$75,000 - $125,000 per year (Experienced)
The above salary range is typical for most individuals. Those with call center experience and/or fast learners will likely see increased compensation.

Paid Training:

We provide comprehensive in-office training. Your first week in the office will be dedicated to learning and training with your team leader. Ongoing support and training will continue.
