We are presently seeking someone to join the leasing team at our apartment complexes in Rochester Hills / Shelby twp
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Successful marketing and leasing of the apartments
Showing/Demonstration of model and vacant units.
Prompt follow-up and follow-through on prospects and applicants
Maintaining accurate and organized lease files and traffic activity reports
Assisting in lease renewals
Communicating politely and skillfully with all inquiries from prospects and residents
Recording and ordering maintenance requests as needed
Viewing and inspecting apartments for move-in readiness
Must have MS Word/Excel skills and understand and utilize email and utilize Appfolio apartment software
Exceptional written and oral communication
Personable and energetic, with a great phone presence
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 16 per week
