As the General Manager of The Peach Cobbler Factory, you will oversee all aspects of our store’s operations. You will lead a dedicated team, manage daily activities, and ensure that our high standards for quality and customer service are consistently met. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in hospitality or retail management and a genuine love for desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the dessert shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service.

• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

• Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.

• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

• Plan and execute promotional events and marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
