```Duties:```
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct property tours and highlight key features and amenities
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding available units, leasing terms, and application process
- Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and verify references
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are properly executed
- Collect and process rental payments from tenants
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including inspections and key exchanges
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that may arise during the leasing process

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of property leasing procedures and Fair Housing regulations
- Proficient in using leasing software such as Yardi or OneSite
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping and file management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic property maintenance procedures is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
