Part-Time - only ONE FULL WEEKEND PER MONTH and occasional weekday afternoons if desired .. ML Consulting is an adult foster care/ 245D licensed home where four females with developmental disabilities and/or minimal mental health issues reside. The well-maintained home is located in a private St Cloud neighborhood and it has a family-focused environment. The direct support staff will work directly with the residents in the home to provide support in their daily lives – including, but not limited to, daily personal cares, medication administration, community activities, money management, meal preparation, transportation and more. The residents in the home enjoy outings in the local community and they also enjoy helping with household tasks. The home in general is quiet and laid-back.

Education/Experience:

~ High School Diploma or GED equivalence

~ 18 years or older

~ Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with an acceptable record

~ Must pass MN DHS Background Study and Fingerprinting

~ Use of clear and understandable written and verbal English

~ Able to work independently to provide quality support and compassion to individuals with disabilities

~ A minimum of 30 hours of supervised 245D orientation training will be provided upon hire

Schedule:

ML Consulting is hiring a support staff to work one full weekend per month – Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon - or two weekends per month if desired.

ML Consulting is also hiring part-time hours available Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 1pm and 9pm – these hours can be set days/times or flexible if needed.
