MLB Wholesale is looking for a dynamic and organized Assistant to support our Wholesale Business Development Manager. This role is crucial in helping expand our broker network and promoting our innovative Loan Level Larry merit-based pricing system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Broker Outreach: Assist in identifying and targeting potential mortgage brokers. Help with calls, emails, and scheduling meetings to introduce MLB Wholesale's offerings.
• Communication Management: Act as a liaison between the Business Development Manager and brokers, managing communications and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Product Promotion: Support the promotion of our Loan Level Larry merit-based pricing system. Help prepare materials and presentations that highlight the benefits and competitive advantages of our system.
• Relationship Building: Aid in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new mortgage brokers. Ensure exceptional customer service and support.
• Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in mortgage origination or a related field. Experience with government loan products (FHA, VA, USDA) is highly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
