Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program
- New York License or compact or willing to obtain
- Acute Care experience preferred
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including triage, to rapidly identify emergent medical needs
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, maintaining strict adherence to established protocols and standards of care
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, facilitate smooth transitions, and promote effective communication
- Document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
