Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Floater to enhance our healthcare team. As a Floater, you will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations across various departments, working closely with different healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients across various units, including medical-surgical, ICU, ER, and others as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records.
• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Observe and document changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
• Offer guidance and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members regarding patient care.
• Coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
• Uphold strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Montana.
• One year of experience as a registered nurse in a hospital setting.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to compassionate patient care.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in healthcare.
