* Answer telephone and internet leads * Record traffic and maintain accurate records and reporting * Develop and execute outreach and marketing plans * Maintain and update marketing information and provide recommendations as appropriate * Process all paperwork to convert applications to new residents. Leasing Consultant Qualifications: * Weekend availability required * Prior lease up experience/luxury sales experience * At least 1 year of customer service or hospitality * Yardi and Rent Cafe software experience preferred * Social media management * Must possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment * Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers We offer a competitive compensation package including commissions, as well as a full benefits package.
