A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP,LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for The Edison at Riverwood, a 351 unit community located in Hermitage, TN. As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be a vital team member responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of residential properties.
Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community
- Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Execute preventative maintenance programs
- Maintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed
- Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner
- Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules
Qualifications:
- 2 years maintenance experience (at least 1 in multi-family industry)
- EPA Certification is preferred
- CPO Certification is preferred
- Must be available to be on-call as required
