Overview
The Director, FPA is a key member of the team managing financial planning and analysis for MLS and SUM. The individual will act as the Finance Business liaison for several departments within MLS/SUM specific to projections, long-range planning, and budgeting. The role should balance being a good business partner for the departments with ensuring sound fiscal process and discipline throughout the organization. This role will lead to comprehensive company-wide analyses, deliver critical financial insights, and support decision-making to propel MLS and SUM towards sustained growth and evolution.

Starting Base Salary: $130,000 – 165,000. MLS/SUM base salaries are contingent upon several factors including individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
