Essential
- 3 years of experience as a business systems analyst or similar role, with a
- Ability to diagnose, evaluate, and resolve system and process challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between IT
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices including budgeting,
management.
- Experience with accounting and procurement web applications.
- Experience with online ticketing/problem tracking systems.

- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly those with strong accounting
- Experience with system upgrade or migration projects, especially related to
