Maintenance Tech – MN ($65,000 car allowance) – IN FIELD
- At a minimum, 5 years of light HVAC, medium plumbing and light electrical experience required. In addition, the candidate should have experience with general handy work and drywall repairs.
- Represent our client in MN for rental license and housing authority inspections.
- Knowledge of section 8 and rental licensing preferred, not required. However, expected to learn on the job.
- Lead based paint remediation knowledge preferred.
- Ability to problem solve difficult situations – with tenants and repairs.
- Access to vendors and vendor groups in MN.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize jobs, and schedule jobs accordingly and efficiently.
- CMMS knowledge – AppFolio or other.
- Reliable transportation required – truck or van preferred. Candidates who don't have a vehicle cannot be considered at this time.
- Candidate must communicate early and often with tenants and Corporate.
- Background checks and drug screenings will be conducted on all final candidates, as deemed necessary.
- Educating residents on maintenance topics to ultimately achieve our client's maintenance and cost savings strategy
