About the Position:
As an Audit Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of work orders before they are processed for billing and payment. Reporting to the National Accounts Audit Manager, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits to verify that all customer billing requirements are met per the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our billing and payment processes.
Key Responsibilities for the position:

• Conduct audits on completed work orders to ensure compliance with customer billing requirements and company standards.
• Verify adherence to SLA terms for national accounts, reviewing documents such as completion photos, service tickets, technician records, and purchase receipts/orders.
• Prioritize and perform audits promptly upon work order completion to maintain billing schedule integrity.
• Identify and document discrepancies during audits, escalating issues to the National Accounts Audit Manager for resolution.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in audit processes to meet customer expectations.
• Assist in generating audit performance reports and metrics to provide insights for improvement.
• Communicate professionally with national account customers to address billing inquiries and clarify billing practices as needed.

Education and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred (or relevant experience may substitute for a degree) preferred.
• 3 years of administrative experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in audit processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with audit processes and billing requirements is a plus.
• Familiarity with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer billing requirements is a plus.
