As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation solutions. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of our marketing campaigns, enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build and maintain marketing automation processes, including email templates, landing pages, forms, and dynamic content blocks.
• Develop complex SQL queries and AMPScript for personalization and dynamic content.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to define and implement campaign requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Create and manage data extensions, filters, and segmentation to support targeted marketing efforts.
• Set up and manage automation workflows, journey builder, and email studio for multi-channel campaigns.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, such as CRM and web analytics platforms.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing best practices for data management, cleansing, and segmentation.
• Develop and maintain API integrations to facilitate data exchange between systems.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and key metrics.
• Provide technical support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases, new features, and best practices to ensure optimal utilization of the platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, AMPScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with API integrations and data management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
