Our client is looking to add a Senior Software Engineer to their seasoned team. We are looking for an exceptional developer with experience building complex API structures and working heavily on integration with trading partners.

This team works closely with the backend integrations specifically within the logistics industry, and an ideal candidate would have worked on an integration team and a developer or worked on integration projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
• Build complex APIs within a microservice architecture
• Build unique software optimized for readability, maintainability, and testability.
• Determine best use of standard design practices.
• Develop code with algorithms and data structures in mind.
• Maintaining operational stability of software systems from development to production.

Your Qualifications

• 5 years experience in a software engineering role
• 5 years experience with C# / .NET
• 5 years of EDI integration
• In depth experience designing and developing APIs
• Microservice architecture experience
• Experience developing complex integrations
• Familiar with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Backend development experience
• Knowledge of the development process, test automation and security practices
• Familiarity with Kotlin, Docker and serverless technologies a plus!
