MMG is hiring an experienced and detail oriented Legal Secretary to join our team. The Legal Secretary job responsibilities include:

• Open all new cases in the practice management system
• Type all answers with guidance from partners
• E-file court documents in New York, New Jersey, and Federal courts
• File all documents appropriately
• Manage changes to files in practice management system
• Provide general office support as needed
• Back up firm docket position
• Back up reception position
