MMGY Hills Balfour is Hiring an Account Coordinator Near Overland Park, KS
We have an immediate opening for an Account Coordinator in our Overland Park, KS office. This person would be responsible for global programmatic campaigns for a set of leading travel advertising clients including DMOs, Tourism Authorities, Hotel groups, airlines and travel services providers. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders including MMGY’s media and account teams, key client personnel, technical advertising operations teams and development teams, the role focuses on the full project management of campaign activations through all stages of the delivery process from sign off through asset creation to reporting and successful completion

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manual reporting (weekly)
- Constructing reporting email covers that highlight performance and build trust, relationships and encourage future spend
- Tracking and reporting on optimizations based on campaign performance
- Monthly Insights decks & PCAs - collating monthly optimizations and insight and providing relevant narrative and suggestions for performance improvement
- Leading kick-off call sessions for every new campaign to align on KPIs and ensure all aspects of the campaign are ready to go live
- Chasing for outstanding tags
- Ensuring accurate Screenshots are supplied on time
- Ownership of campaign troubleshooting across their campaigns and collaborating with the Ad op team to understand and communicate to MMGY any issues.
- Checking revised IOs - if any upweights or adjustments come in, account execs should check CPMs, media budget and impressions are accurate.
- Upweight recommendations - As part of a PCA we should be looking at what is doing well and making recommendations that add to this. CMs should increasingly be prepared to provide suggestions and recommendations based on TravelDesk capabilities.
- 0-1 years of experience in Marketing or similar role (internships considered)
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or other related field preferred
- The successful candidate must be supremely organized and methodical in approach, as well as having the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and marketing personnel at all levels, excelling in critical thinking and demonstrating a keen mind for numbers is a must
- A working knowledge of digital and/or programmatic advertising including campaign structure, terminology and systems is advantageous and if not a proven desire to forge a career in Programmatic Advertising
- Must be proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.
