Job Description

MMIT is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. Ideal candidates are comfortable analyzing large data sets and, using previous industry experience, able to identify patterns and insights to actualize product capabilities. They will have comfort collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, providing feedback on outcomes of analysis and comfortable proposing changes that will improve the quality and accuracy of master data hierarchy and attributes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher
• Experience in managed markets, pharma market access ecosystem, or commercial health insurance industry
• Experience analyzing large healthcare data sets, such as claims and formulary coverage data, and synthesize patterns into actionable feedback to Product and Data Science teams
• Previous experience using query languages such as SQL to join and compare disparate data sources
• Proven ability to provide input to the management and maintenance of healthcare payer master data hierarchy, attributes and structure
• Able to build reports, dashboards and/or provide other analyses as needed
• Strong communicator, able to convey information across a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred candidates may also have

• Familiarity with Tableau and PowerBI or other analytical reporting tools
• Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts
