The Role

Position Overview : The Sales and Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This role combines sales activities with customer support, aiming to drive sales growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and sales processes.
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products / services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Generate sales reports and provide insights to the sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Provide product information, pricing details, and technical support to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new products and features.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications :

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
