Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Assignment in Silver Spring, MarylandMUST BE LICENSED IN MARYLANDMMP Staffing is seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) licensed in Maryland for a full-time position in Silver Spring. Develop personalized care plans based on findings, patient preferences, and evidence-based guidelines Medication Administration and Treatment:** Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies. Monitor patients for adverse reactions and therapeutic effects. Educate patients on medication use, side effects, and self-care Clinical Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including nursing assessments, progress notes, and care plans. Document patient responses to treatments and changes in condition, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Collaborative Care Coordination:** Work with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care. Communicate effectively to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes Patient and Family Education:** Provide education on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies. Empower patients and address their concerns with empathy and compassion Quality Improvement Initiatives:** Participate in initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
