We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems.

Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment - Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Weld and fabricate components as needed - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs - Supervise and coordinate with external contractors when necessary - Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs - Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment Experience: - Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is required - Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills - Familiarity with electrical systems, including reading schematics and working with logic controllers - Ability to weld and fabricate components as needed - Proficient in English, both written and verbal
