We are seeking an experienced Mold Maker with lamination lay-up skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and repairing molds used in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of composite materials and the ability to lay-up laminates to meet the requirements of various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and construct new molds for various manufacturing processes
• Repair and maintain existing molds to ensure production efficiency
• Lay-up laminates to meet the specific requirements of each project
• Ensure that all molds and lay-ups meet the required quality standards
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that molds are manufactured to meet project timelines
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and emerging technologies related to mold making and lamination lay-up

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Mold Maker, with a focus on lamination lay-up
• Strong understanding of composite materials and the ability to lay-up laminates to meet project requirements
• Knowledge of mold making techniques, including the use of CNC machines and manual fabrication methods
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Forklift Experience preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
