• USPTO Office Actions Candidate will respond to office actions with the USPTO.
• IP Strategy

Qualifications and Skills

• Ideal Degrees Ideal candidates will have a Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical or similar degrees. 
• Ideally, 3 years of patent prosecution experience in mechanical fields. 
• Top grades.
• Outstanding writing ability is required. 
• USPTO admitted.

Anticipated Compensation:
Competitive base salary ranging from $170,000 to $250,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications, skills, bar admissions, and relevant experience.
