Responsibilities and Duties
- Client Counseling
- USPTO Office Actions Candidate will respond to office actions with the USPTO.
- IP Strategy
Qualifications and Skills
- Ideal Degrees Ideal candidates will have a Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical or similar degrees.
- Ideally, 3 years of patent prosecution experience in mechanical fields.
- Top grades.
- Outstanding writing ability is required.
- USPTO admitted.
Anticipated Compensation:
Competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $200,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications, skills, bar admissions, and relevant experience.
