Driver Certification Program Coordinator (DCP), Managed Transportation Solutions (MTS)

The Driver Certification Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the DCP program within MNX Global, MTS business unit.

The position requires candidates to have the ability to organize various tasks involved in overseeing this program.

What you will do :

• Assist with conducting and applying the MNX Managed Transportation Solutions (MTS) DCP
• Create, modify, and maintain DCP documentation (ie. Maintain the DCP Driver Roster)
• Interact with MTS agents for required information, documentation, and testing completion and follow up as required
• Create, modify, and maintain training modules in Adobe Learning Manager
• Track recurrent annual driver training, certifications and maintain required program records on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Communicate with customer's local management concerning employee drivers
• Create and push-out notifications about program changes or updates
• Ensure great vendor service with timely responses, as well as follow up and communication on issues
• Create ongoing DCP improvements to enhance overall program efficiency and value
• Develop metrics dashboard to track vendor and program performance
• Collaborate and support internal MNX / MTS team members on various other projects / initiatives

What you bring :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2 years of training, administrative or project experience.
• 3 year work experience in Logistics.
• Strong people skills in providing a quality vendor service experience in supporting MNX / MTS team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency navigating spreadsheets and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office products and Transportation Management System.
• Travel 0% - 25%
