OVERVIEW:

DUTIES:

• Manage incoming calls and email correspondences / leads
• Provide accurate quotes to customers
• Maintain customer interactions and educate the customer as to the service process, and solve related issues
• Assists with account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries
• Call all new customers to confirm the reservation, confirm delivery date, container placement location, container orientation on the truck, up-sells ancillary services and insurance.
• At end of the rental period, makes contact with all customers to address any outstanding issues and/or satisfied customers and asks for their support in providing recommendations and referrals
• Responds to all inbound driver
• Dispatching
• Complete Follow-Up Calls, Texts, and Emails
• Perform B2B Outside Sales
• Perform collections related tasks
• On call on the weekends on a rotating basis (approximately one weekend per month)
• Back Up Delivery Driver
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• General knowledge of basic math skills, ability to calculate percentages.
• Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills sufficient to communicate and interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Effective listening skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

PC SKILLS:

• Typing skills (45 wpm)
• PC proficiency with knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suites
• Experience working with Call Center phone systems is helpful.
