- Able to schedule multiple projects with daily business and drive WIP completion with oversight.
- Creates high team morale.
- Provide frequent and effective feedback.
- Works with GM/VP, as well as direct reports professionally and efficiently
- Advocates MCA safety vision/goals
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Minimum 3 years, average of 5 years
- Manages recurring maintenance of $100 - $800K.
- Ability to manage mid to large projects.
- Drives all contract renewals.
- Negotiates some renewals without assistance.
