Mobile Health Diagnostics is Hiring an Asset, Inventory and Office Coordinator Near Broomfield, CO

About the role:

Are you a detail-oriented organizer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy keeping track of things and ensuring smooth operations? If so, then the Office, Inventory, and Asset Coordinator position might be perfect for you! You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the office environment, inventory control, and asset management at MHD, a fast growing company focused on delivering innovative onsite safety solutions. Our passion is for all our our clients and their employees to work without worry.

This is a part-time, in-office role for our Broomfield location.

Responsibilities:

  • Asset Management:
  • Track company assets, including occupational health and safety equipment.
  • Maintain an asset database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Facilitate the acquisition, deployment, and disposal of assets.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of assets.
  • Prepare and ship assets to technicians for use in the field.
  • Communicate with customers and collect information to ensure the proper equipment will be used in the field.
  • Inventory Control:
  • Track inventory levels for office supplies, equipment, and other materials.
  • Develop and implement procedures for receiving, storing, and issuing inventory.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Generate reports on inventory usage and trends.
  • Office Management:
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Coordinate office events.
  • Manage filing systems and records.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as office administration, inventory control, or asset management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Salesforce experience a big plus!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
