Assignment Start Date: 12/20/2023
13 weeks | Days | 12-hour shift | 36 hours guaranteed weeklyThe Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details. SummaryThis position is located within the Operating Room of SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium. We handle all types of elective and emergency cases performed, including abdominal, thoracic, Urology, ENT, Plastic, Orthopedics, Vascular, and OB/GYN. Multi-tasks efficiently and ensures the surgical cases proceed throughout the day promptly. Utilizes after-hour call services, to staff the Operating Rooms (OR), for nights, holidays, and weekends. If you are a traveler who is experienced in the OR, please submit your resume for our review. Please submit the rate appropriate to your skillset/level of submission.
Experience/Education/QualificationExperience: Previous OR experience. Experience in Critical Access Hospital and/or Rural Operating Rooms is strongly preferred.

Shift: Days with some calls required
Vaccinations: Must have Covid Vaccine and Flu Vaccine. ALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID VACCINATIONS.

Education
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (BSN, Associate degree in nursing, or Diploma in nursing)
- Current BLS ACLS PALS
- A valid, current, full, and unrestricted RN license in the State of Alaska.AK License Required upon submission
