13 weeks | Days | 10-hour shift | 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed per weekThe Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details. Using the Nursing Process; provides care for the Perioperative Patient. The nursing process includes assessment, formulation of nursing diagnoses, planning interventions, and evaluation of interventions per patient outcomes. The Operating Room clinical nurse is expected to circulate in all specialty areas. These may include; Orthopedics, ENT, GYN/OB, General, Ophthalmology, and Dental. Obtaining Scrubbing experience is highly encouraged. May have to work varied, odd hours when on call; and prepare for emergency cases on very short notice.
Experience/Education/QualificationExperience:

• Must have a minimum of (3) three years of RN experience
• Recent OR experience preferred

Licenses, Certifications, And/or Registration

• : A valid, current, full, and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
• Must have a valid and current BLS and ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association and is maintained throughout employment

EMR System: Allscripts experience preferred
Shift: 4/10 hour 0600-1700 shifts on call required.
ORIENTATION: Every two (2) weeks only.
COVID EXEMPTIONS: We do not accept religious exemptions. If a candidate submits for a medical exemption, we will have to get approval from our medical review board to proceed with onboarding.
