The Clinical Nurse performs a variety of nursing care procedures requiring professional knowledge and consideration for specific patient conditions and treatments, and the ability to work independently in completing assignments. Guidelines include physician’s orders, standards of care, nursing policies and procedures manuals, and hospital policies. Nursing duties include support to individuals of all ages and their families.
ExperienceEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience providing direct patient care to infants, children, and adults.
• MUST have current immunizations

Education

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required

Licenses, Certifications, And/or Registration

• A valid, current, full, and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States is required
• Must have current and valid certification of the following from the American Heart Association: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association
• Must complete Pediatric Trauma Care After Resuscitation (P-CAR) within 6 months of hire.

EMR System: Allscripts experience preferred
Shift: Nights, 7 - 12 hour shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
Orientation: Every two (2) weeks only. Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared before the start! Please submit your current address for further instructions.
COVID-19: We do not accept religious exemptions. If a candidate submits for a medical exemption, we will have to get approval from our medical review board to proceed with onboarding.
Housing: Housing application be submitted 2 weeks before the start date. Limited housing options. Shared housing units at $600 per month, based on availability. No family or pets allowed.M-269675
