Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has an opening for a Permanent Full-Time CT Technologist position. We are looking for someone with a passion for people. Location: Chico, CA 95926 Start Date: 1/8/2024 Shift: Nights, Full Time Salary: $83,000.00 to $100,000.00 Pay Range: $ 44.64/hr - $ 52.45/hr

Under the general direction of the Manager, Radiology and the immediate supervision of the Lead Technologist, performs imaging procedures at a technical level not requiring direct supervision. The CT Technologist can perform all general diagnostic radiographic exams and CT exams. Assumes responsibility for designated areas as assigned. The Technologist operates CT equipment, prepares and administers contrast media, performs Intravenous contrast injections, operates X-ray equipment, and prepares the patient's room, equipment, supplies, and medications. The CT Technologist is responsible for the quality control and enforcement of Enloe Medical Center's Core Values, ARRT Standards of Ethics, and the policies and procedures of the designated area. The CT Technologist supports and contributes to the service excellence mission of Enloe Medical Center and the Radiology Department. ExperienceEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Two years experience in diagnostic x-ray is desired
One year of experience in CT is desired
Licenses, Certifications, And Registration
A current full certificate of Radiologic Technology issued by the Department of Health Services, State of California (CRT) is required
Approved CPR certification required
ARRT and Fluoroscopy permit to be obtained within 6 months of hire
Current Radiographic contrast media and venapuncture certification desired
A Current license issued by ARRT is desired
Radiologic Technologist fluoroscopy permit issued by the State of California is desired
Advanced certification in CT is desired
Shift: 12-hours shifts, Nights, Full Time Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of human structure and function, cross-sectional anatomy, patient care, positioning, and principles of radiographic exposure, quality assurance, radiation physics, radiation protection, radiobiology, and specialized techniques as required for a radiologic and CT technologist.
Must be intelligent and self-motivated.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills problem problem-solving techniques are required.
