13 weeks | Nights | 12-hour shift | 36 hours guaranteed weeklyThe Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please get in touch with a recruiter for full details. Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
• Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person.
• Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
• Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
• Participate in continuing education.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.

ExperienceEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

• At least 2 years of RN experience required.
• Previous ER RN experience preferred

Licenses, Certifications, And/or Registration

• Must have a valid IL RN License
• ACLS is required

EMR System: EPIC experience preferred
