Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has an opening for an Ultrasound Technologist. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Carbondale, IL 62901
Assignment Start Date: 3/4/2024
13 weeks | Nights | 10-hour | 36 hours guaranteed weeklyThe Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details. Overnight shift only sees ER and inpatient. We have an OB unit so there are OB cases through the night. The average patient volume for this shift ranges from 3-9 patients.

Responsibilities
- Performs ultrasound and radiography exams as appropriate
- Assist with clerical and office duties.
- Utilizes PACS and EMR systems.
- Maintain appropriate IV/Contrast competency.
- Follows established protocols and procedures for proper patient position, exposure control, and radiation protection.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with all involved in the patient care process.
- Cleans and inspects departmental equipment
- Cleans and stocks Imaging rooms.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
Licenses, Certifications, And/or Registration
- ARRT
- Must be vascular-certified ARDMS (RVT)
- BLS/BCLS is required
Shift: Nights, 1930-0600 10-hour shifts
