Duration: 26 WeeksShift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights, 12
Shift Notes: WK 1 Thurs, Fri, Sat 7p-7:30am WK2 Sun, Wed, Thur 7p-7:30am WK3 Thur, Fri, Sat 7p-7:30a WK4 Sun, Wed, Thur 7p-7:30a 36hrs per week
Weekend Requirements: Part of shift / Holiday rotation required as needed
On-Call Requirements: None
COVID Vaccination: COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM. Exemption forms are available in Downloadable Forms (Both forms REQUIRE Provider/Religious Leader Signatures), or please ask your delivery team for documents. IF APPROVED BY THE HEALTH SYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE. To avoid delays in processing, please include the traveler's COVID vaccination card/or intent to fill out the exemption form with profile submission. Travel Policy: RATE WILL BE ADJUSTED FOR "LOCAL" TRAVELERS (10% reduction of posted rate if perm address is w/i 50 miles of facility).To avoid delays in processing, please provide a perm address at upload/submission.

THIS IS AN EXEMPT POSITION!
- Note the hourly rate is for posting purposes only (this traveler will not be paid hourly)
- As an Exempt Traveler, there are no premiums/multipliers in place for this need (no OT, Holiday, Call/Call-back, etc).
- Recognized as a role model for clinical expertise; documented ability to make prompt, quality decisions in the clinical setting.
- Demonstrates sufficient energy to participate in and support staff through change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and evidence of fairness and consistency in the application of policies and contractual requirements.
- Ability to calmly manage a variety of intense activities or problems simultaneously.
- History of dependability in maintaining a work schedule and demonstration of work ethic required to motivate others.AHSA Agency
- Minimum of 1-2 years of successful leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in successful conflict resolution preferred.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operations of an acute care
- Medical Center, including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations.
- Working knowledge of staffing systems is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing,
- Documented evidence of continuing education and continued professional growth and progress in health care and nursing.
- Must be an RN
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with the profile. Covid Vaccination proofs (dated on or after 10/3/23) or intent to file exemption form - Facility will not pend license/certs)
