- Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours on bill rates over $40/hr
- OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates
- Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial extension.
- Physical therapy helps reduce pain and restore function and independence in patients who have undergone surgery, suffered an injury, are recovering from serious illness, or are coping with a chronic condition.
- Our dedicated rehabilitation team uses a multidisciplinary approach, combining exercise and strength training with manual therapy and modalities to develop an individualized treatment plan that meets the unique needs of each patient.
- Treatment begins with a physician's prescription and a comprehensive evaluation by an experienced physical therapist. The therapist and patient then work one-on-one, following a specific plan of care designed to help the patient return to work and normal daily activities as quickly and safely as possible.
- 1 Year of Inpatient PT experience - Required
- Ortho Experience - Highly Preferred
- Travel Experience - Highly Preferred
- Graduate of an accredited PTA institution - Required
- MI PT License - Required
- References NOT required.
- A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.
- Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in the traveler’s best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for the manager's review.
- Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.
- Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
