Shift Notes: 12-Hour Flex Shifts, Day/Nights as needed / No Call / Every Other Weekend (36-Hour Guarantee)
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
On-Call Requirements: No
COVID Vaccination: n/aTravel Policy: Cannot accept local candidates that live within 50 miles of the facility.
Dress Code: Navy Blue
EMR: Epic
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct care to patients using the nursing process. This includes ongoing assessment of the total patient. The RN provides interventions to treat the presenting symptoms and evaluates the effect of nursing interventions and the patient’s responses. The RN functions as a team leader/member and resource to others. The RN delegates, oversees, and provides direction to support staff. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to establish goals and outcomes for each patient. The RN is responsible for meeting the needs of all types of patients.

- 2 Years of Experience - Required
- Travel Experience - Preferred
- BLS (AHA) and CPI - Required
- Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- Candidate's Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
