Shift Notes: Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts; 40 hours per week guarantee

Submission Requirements

• 2 years CURRENT Rad Tech experience - Required
• ARRT Certification - Required
• Travel experience Preferred
• NH State Medical Imaging License

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NH MIRT, BLS, ARRT, and PERM ADDRESS)

Certification Requirements

• ARRT
• BLS (AHA)
• NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy

State License Requirements

• New Hampshire

Additional License Requirements

• NH MIRT must be in hand at profile upload. The facility will not pend license.
