Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 12
Shift Notes: Mon-Fri, 12-hour shifts; 36hr per week guarantee
Weekend Requirements: None, unless the traveler would like to
On-Call Requirements: None
COVID Requirement: n/aTraveler Policy: n/aPatient Population: Pediatric to Geriatric
Dress Code: Hospital Provided Scrubs and/or Business Casual with Lab Coat
■ Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! Performs specialized technical duties that require the ability to set up radiography equipment, position patients, and acquire diagnostic radiographs of internal body structures for the detection, diagnosis, and evaluation of pathology in a variety of settings including surgery and portable x-rays.

Submission Requirements
- 2 years CURRENT Rad Tech experience - Required
- ARRT Certification - Required
- ARRT (R) (CT) Certification - Required
- Travel experience (at least 6 mos) - Required
- NH State Medical Imaging License
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NH MIRT, BLS, ARRT (R) (CT) and PERM ADDRESS)
- ARRT
- BLS (AHA)
- NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
- New Hampshire
- NH MIRT must be in hand at profile upload. The facility will not pend license.
