Shift Notes: 12hr Nights 36hr guarantee
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
On-Call Requirements: None
COVID Vaccination: n/aTravel Policy: Local Travelers (who reside within 50 miles of the facility) must be uploaded at a 10% reduction in rate/hour.

- Must have experience using Electronic Medical Records
- Must be able to read vital signs and provide injections/vaccinations
- Must be able and willing to float without hesitation to float to our ICU which is just a more acute need unit.
- 2 years of recent Med Surg experience - Required
- Previous Travel - Highly Preferred
- BSN - Preferred
- PALS & Tele Strip Certified - Preferred to float to our ICU which is just a more acute need unit.
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, ACLS, and BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- New Hampshire
- NH or Compact License must be active at the time of submission!
